I worked with Allen and Sunni to get Furnatire and a mattress. They were awesome. Very personal and always wanting to help. I left feeling like I had made great friends with them. Everyone at the store always wanted to help where needed. It is also locally owned and they compete with those that aren’t local. The availability of different brands was more than any other store I have seen here in Washington. They also have a texting app they use and they are very responsive and it made it easy to communicate. I plan on using them for all my purchases. So many times I have been treated badly or ignored or someone trying to upscale me. This did not happen. Thank you Olympic Furniture for a great experience.

I normally don't post reviews, but I had such a great experience here! I've been wanting to get a new mattress for a while now, but I hate going mattress shopping, stores are always pushy and I feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, gave his honest opinion and did not try to push anything onto us, and overall made the anxiety I had about mattress shopping vanish. Their prices are also exceptionally fair. Hands down the best place for all your furniture needs, I won't be going anywhere else from here on out.

I had a fabulous experience shopping at the Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company. Walking into the store for the first time I was quickly greeted by friendly staff who invited me to check out whatever I wanted and to ask if I had questions. There was quite the inventory on the large main floor, but I was blown away when they took me downstairs, showing virtually double the inventory. Working with staff, they were able to find products that met my requirements in color, quality, and size. They spent a lot of time with me, looking at different models of recliners, loveseats, and pull out bed/couches. They researched products beyond what was on the floor and found the perfect fit for my pullout bed/couch. I mean it is spot-on, awesome! They also were able to find me 2 recliners for my RV that fit perfectly, and were the exact material and color that I wanted. I opted to use their financing for my purchases, and the application and approval process took just a few minutes - which contributes greatly to the overall experience. I recognized that sales staff are supposed to spend time with customers to help them make an informed purchase. Jeff and his staff at Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company, do this in such a natural and organic way. They exhibit a passion in their work to not just meet your needs, but to also exceed your expectations in the service delivery process. I simply could not have had a better experience. Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company Is a local company, has a huge inventory, and the best sales staff and service experience I’ve had in a long time. What a great local treasure to our community. A huge shout-out of thanks to Jeff and his team. Consider my expectations exceeded!!!

Craig was excellent! Unparalleled customer service. After a bad experience at a larger popular furniture store, we went to Olympia Furniture. We got exactly what we were looking for with much help from the owner and Craig. We felt valued as customers as both the owner and Craig spent time helping us navigate specs and prices. After we our purchased our recliner, Craig helped us load it into our car, which we were really surprised by as larger furniture companies don’t always do this. What a great furniture store! I found my perfect all-wood TV stand, with plenty of storage beneath for my music (I teach piano). So aesthetic, with beautiful glass doors and open bookshelf styling in the center. I chose it in black, to match my existing furniture and artwork. My husband and I have been going to the Olympia Furniture store for the past 2 and 1/2 years since we moved from out of state. We, in fact, bought all of our new home furniture with the exception of a couch at the OFS. Jeff, the store manager, has helped us since the beginning and, along with all the staff, have become more like friends than business reps. The store offers a great variety of styles and quality for great value, with professional and friendly help. We highly recommend it.

We have been shopping for a couch all over Olympia & weren’t happy with any of the furniture choices & the service was lackluster, but then we found Olympia Furniture Co! They have several different options to choose from, great prices, but what stood out the most was the fantastic customer service!
